1. Subscription Agreement1.1 Subscription Commitment
By subscribing to our service, you commit to a minimum subscription period of 2 years. Payments will be billed every 6 months unless otherwise specified.

1.2 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription after completing the 2-year minimum commitment. Early cancellations are subject to the following:Early Termination Fee: If you cancel before completing the 2-year term, you will be charged the remaining balance for the subscription period immediately.

1.3 Automatic Renewal
After completing the 2-year commitment, your subscription will automatically renew on a 6-month basis unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

‍2. Payment Terms

‍2.1 Payment Schedule
Your subscription will be charged in advance every 6 months via our payment processor (Stripe).

2.2 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry your payment method up to three times. If unsuccessful, access to your account will be suspended until the balance is paid.

2.3 No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

‍3. Access and Usage of Content

‍3.1 Internal Use Only
The purchased research report is provided for internal use within your organization only. You may share the report with members of your team or office for collaborative purposes.

3.2 Prohibition on External Sharing
Sharing, distributing, or otherwise providing access to the research report or its contents to external organizations, other funds, or individuals outside your organization is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:Sharing via email, file transfer, or any digital means.Sharing printed copies or excerpts of the report. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your subscription, loss of access to content, and legal action to recover damages.

3.3 Access Rights
Upon payment, you will receive access to restricted content, including your purchased research report. Access will remain active as long as your subscription is current and payments are made on time.

3.4 Account Suspension
If payments are not completed, access to gated content will be revoked until the outstanding balance is resolved.

‍4. Legal Enforcement

‍4.1 Binding Agreement
By subscribing, you agree to these terms and understand that your commitment is legally binding.


4.2 Collections Policy
Unpaid balances may be sent to collections, and you may be responsible for additional costs, including collection fees and legal expenses.4.3

‍Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
The research report and its contents are the exclusive intellectual property of Vector Research Partners. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use beyond the permitted internal use is a violation of copyright law and subject to penalties.
